{"id":78633,"date":"2025-03-07T14:29:22","date_gmt":"2025-03-07T13:29:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infotorrent.es\/uncategorized\/la-concejalia-de-juventud-de-torrent-organiza-un-programa-anual-sobre-salud-mental-destinado-a-adolescentes-familias-y-profesionales\/"},"modified":"2025-03-07T14:31:35","modified_gmt":"2025-03-07T13:31:35","slug":"la-concejalia-de-juventud-de-torrent-organiza-un-programa-anual-sobre-salud-mental-destinado-a-adolescentes-familias-y-profesionales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infotorrent.es\/ca\/juventud-ca\/la-concejalia-de-juventud-de-torrent-organiza-un-programa-anual-sobre-salud-mental-destinado-a-adolescentes-familias-y-profesionales\/","title":{"rendered":"La Regidoria de Joventut de Torrent organitza un programa anual sobre salut mental destinat a adolescents, fam\u00edlies i professionals"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>El projecte ja ha donat principi amb dos cursos sobre educaci\u00f3 emocional i prevenci\u00f3 del bullying<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La regidor de Joventut a l&#8217;Ajuntament de Torrent, Mar\u00eda Fern\u00e1ndez, a trav\u00e9s del Centre d&#8217;Informaci\u00f3 Juvenil (CIJ) ha creat, per primera vegada en el municipi, un programa anual per a la promoci\u00f3 i protecci\u00f3 de la salut mental dels adolescents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta iniciativa s&#8217;ha organitzat en diferents formats per al seu millor abordatge: en forma de cursos per a professionals educatius, i tallers i jornades destinades a fam\u00edlies i estudiants, a trav\u00e9s de les quals podran treballar aspectes com l&#8217;estr\u00e9s, l&#8217;ansietat, xarxes socials i autoestima, entre altres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un projecte que s&#8217;ha creat \u201cperqu\u00e8 la salut mental \u00e9s un problema que afecta els nostres j\u00f3vens i \u00e9s primordial abordar-lo\u201d, ha explicat Mar\u00eda Fern\u00e1ndez. <strong>\u201cEl programa s&#8217;ha creat despr\u00e9s d&#8217;escoltar les necessitats que els j\u00f3vens ens transmeten en el CIJ, i els problemes reals que estan patint, com l&#8217;estr\u00e9s, la preocupaci\u00f3 pel futur i el bullying, entre altres\u201d, <\/strong>ha destacat la regidor de Joventut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa ja ha donat principi i l&#8217;ha fet amb dos cursos: un d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 emocional i un altre en prevenci\u00f3 del bullying.
