La not\u00e0ria Elia Giner Barcel\u00f3 ha cessat en la seua notaria de Carcaixent i ha pres possessi\u00f3 de la notaria vacant de Torrent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta presa de possessi\u00f3 es produ\u00efx despr\u00e9s de la publicaci\u00f3 en el Diari Oficial de la Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) del Decret 41\/2024, de 9 d’abril, del Consell, de provisi\u00f3 de notaries vacants en la Comunitat Valenciana per a Alacant, Torrent, Benicarl\u00f3, Petrer, Gandia, Alboc\u00e0sser, Sant Mateu, Montserrat i Castell\u00f3 de Rugat, en virtut del concurs convocat per la Resoluci\u00f3 de 19 de febrer de 2024 de la Direcci\u00f3 General de Seguretat Jur\u00eddica i Fe P\u00fablica, resolt per una resoluci\u00f3 de la mateixa direcci\u00f3 general, de 25 de mar\u00e7 de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
