{"id":62681,"date":"2023-12-18T15:00:17","date_gmt":"2023-12-18T15:00:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infotorrent.es\/uncategorized\/finaliza-el-proyecto-de-rehabilitacion-del-mirador-del-area-recreativa-del-pantano\/"},"modified":"2023-12-18T15:12:27","modified_gmt":"2023-12-18T15:12:27","slug":"finaliza-el-proyecto-de-rehabilitacion-del-mirador-del-area-recreativa-del-pantano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infotorrent.es\/ca\/gestio-ciutat\/finaliza-el-proyecto-de-rehabilitacion-del-mirador-del-area-recreativa-del-pantano\/","title":{"rendered":"Finalitza el projecte de rehabilitaci\u00f3 del mirador de l&#8217;\u00e0rea recreativa del Pant\u00e0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Esta actuaci\u00f3 ha sigut impulsada en el marc de l&#8217;Estrat\u00e8gia de Desenvolupament Urb\u00e0 Sostenible i Integrada de Torrent (EDUSI) i ha comptat amb el cofinan\u00e7ament del Fons de Desenvolupament Europeu Regional (FEDER)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;Ajuntament de Torrent tanca amb \u00e8xit el projecte de recuperaci\u00f3 del mirador de l&#8217;\u00e0rea recreativa del Pant\u00e0, on, des de fa anys, existia un problema estructural i de seguretat causat per la inestabilitat i les filtracions del mur de suport, que havia derivat en l&#8217;enfonsament del paviment. Esta actuaci\u00f3 ha sigut executada dins de l&#8217;Estrat\u00e8gia de Desenvolupament Urb\u00e0 Sostenible i Integrada de Torrent (EDUSI), a trav\u00e9s de la qual el consistori vertebra les intervencions impulsades amb el suport del Fons de Desenvolupament Europeu Regional (FEDER).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;obra ha contemplat el desmuntatge del mobiliari urb\u00e0 existent en la zona del mirador, la demolici\u00f3 del mur existent de bloc de formig\u00f3 i l&#8217;execuci\u00f3 d&#8217;un nou mur de formig\u00f3 armat reculat respecte l&#8217;existent, a fi de millorar el terreny de suport del mateix i les condicions de drenatge existents, per a aix\u00f2 s&#8217;ha instal\u00b7lat un tub dren. Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;ha pavimentat la solera afectada per l&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 i reparat l&#8217;escala que permet baixar al llit, completant-se estos treballs amb la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 d&#8217;una barana i la reposici\u00f3 del mobiliari urb\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre aquest tema, el regidor d&#8217;Urbanisme, Jos\u00e9 Gozalvo, explica que per a la seua integraci\u00f3 paisatg\u00edstica \u201c<strong>s&#8217;ha realitzat un mur de pedra seca, que permet delimitar els talussos vegetats amb la corresponent xarxa de reg\u201d<\/strong>. Igualment, l&#8217;edil subratlla la voluntat de l&#8217;equip de govern de <strong>\u201catendre les reivindicacions dels ve\u00efns i ve\u00efnes de Torrent i continuar construint, entre tots, un
