Aquest curs \u00e9s una de les grans novetats del programa d&#8217;activitats d&#8217;aquest \u00faltim trimestre de 2023, i permetr\u00e0 a les participants aprendre a gestionar situacions de risc i eixir indemnes d&#8217;elles gr\u00e0cies a l&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;eines senzilles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formaci\u00f3 ha sigut impartida per dos agents de la Policia Nacional de Torrent, qui han instru\u00eft a les assistents en conceptes b\u00e0sics de defensa personal, com tractar de mantenir la calma i reaccionar amb prestesa i efic\u00e0cia, fugir en la mesura que siga possible, actuar amb confian\u00e7a o cridar foc i demanar auxili si la situaci\u00f3 ho requereix. En finalitzar el taller les participants tamb\u00e9 han rebut un xiulet, amb el qual podran donar l&#8217;alarma o alertar a altres persones en possibles casos d&#8217;emerg\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cEstem molt contentes amb l&#8217;acolliment que ha tingut aquesta iniciativa. Tant aquesta com les seg\u00fcents sessions estan completes, i les dones que han participat ens han transm\u00e8s que estan molt satisfetes amb les professores i amb tot l&#8217;apr\u00e8s\u201d,
