{"id":56533,"date":"2023-04-12T08:19:17","date_gmt":"2023-04-12T08:19:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infotorrent.es\/uncategorized\/la-oficina-del-consumidor-de-torrent-recupera-16-800-euros-de-las-reclamaciones-de-los-ciudadanos\/"},"modified":"2023-04-13T08:25:18","modified_gmt":"2023-04-13T08:25:18","slug":"la-oficina-del-consumidor-de-torrent-recupera-16-800-euros-de-las-reclamaciones-de-los-ciudadanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infotorrent.es\/ca\/gestion-de-recursos-y-modernizacion-2\/la-oficina-del-consumidor-de-torrent-recupera-16-800-euros-de-las-reclamaciones-de-los-ciudadanos\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;Oficina del Consumidor de Torrent recupera 16.800 euros de les reclamacions dels ciutadans"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>L&#8217;OMIC va atendre l&#8217;any 2022 un total de 475 reclamacions dels usuaris, aconseguint una fallada favorable en al voltant del 70% dels casos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>L&#8217;Oficina Municipal d&#8217;Informaci\u00f3 al Consumidor (OMIC) de Torrent ha fet p\u00fablica la seua mem\u00f2ria anual d&#8217;activitats corresponent a l&#8217;exercici 2022, on es detallen totes les accions realitzades pel departament durant aquest per\u00edode de temps, aix\u00ed com les dades derivades d&#8217;aquest treball.<br><br>Aix\u00ed, l&#8217;OMIC va rebre en 2022 al voltant de 6.000 consultes i sol\u00b7licituds d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 en mat\u00e8ria de Consum, de les quals un total de 475 van derivar en reclamacions dels usuaris, que contemplen, entre altres, les relacionades amb telefonia, al\u00b7legacions i inst\u00e0ncies generals, energia, bancs i financeres o grans superf\u00edcies.
