{"id":56278,"date":"2023-04-03T10:32:43","date_gmt":"2023-04-03T10:32:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infotorrent.es\/uncategorized\/la-iv-edicion-del-festival-gastronomico-degustacio-de-cultures-hace-las-delicias-de-los-torrentinos-y-torrentinas\/"},"modified":"2023-04-12T12:01:56","modified_gmt":"2023-04-12T12:01:56","slug":"la-iv-edicion-del-festival-gastronomico-degustacio-de-cultures-hace-las-delicias-de-los-torrentinos-y-torrentinas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infotorrent.es\/ca\/noticias-2\/cultura-noticias-2\/la-iv-edicion-del-festival-gastronomico-degustacio-de-cultures-hace-las-delicias-de-los-torrentinos-y-torrentinas\/","title":{"rendered":"La IV edici\u00f3 del festival gastron\u00f2mic \u2018Degustaci\u00f3 de Cultures\u2019 fa les del\u00edcies dels torrentins i torrentines"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Les cases regionals de la ciutat van repartir m\u00e9s de 12.000 racions de plats tradicionals com les molles, la truita de gambetes, els aladrocs fregits o la paella<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>La quarta edici\u00f3 del festival gastron\u00f2mic Degustaci\u00f3 de Cultures va tornar a omplir la pla\u00e7a Major el dissabte passat amb una selecci\u00f3 de les millors i m\u00e9s caracter\u00edstiques receptes culin\u00e0ries de les associacions culturals de Torrent, que van arribar a repartir, entre els centenars de persones all\u00ed reunides, m\u00e9s de 12.000 racions de plats t\u00edpics com la truita de gambetes, les molles, els aladrocs fregits, els embotits ib\u00e8rics o la paella valenciana, entre altres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cVull destacar l&#8217;enorme treball que han realitzat des del Centre Cultural Rociero Andal\u00faz, l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Cultural Castella-la Manxa, el Centre Cultural El Quixot, l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 d&#8217;amics de la Cultura Andalusa, l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Uni\u00f3 Extremenya i l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Provincial de Mestresses de Casa i Consumidores Tyrius de Torrent. Any rere any, estem consolidant aquesta festa de la multiculturalitat torrentina com un dels esdeveniments m\u00e9s esperats pels nostres ve\u00efns i ve\u00efnes, i \u00e9s un \u00e8xit del qual tots hem de sentir-nos molt orgullosos i agra\u00efts, ja que fa m\u00e9s gran la nostra ciutat, Torrent\u201d<\/strong>, destaca la regidora de Cultura, Susi Ferrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igualment, durant la celebraci\u00f3 del festival els m\u00e9s xicotets van gaudir de diverses animacions infantils en la mateixa pla\u00e7a Major i l&#8217;emblem\u00e0tica Torre va obrir les seues portes al p\u00fablic, celebrant-se tamb\u00e9 visites guiades per l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 \u201cArr\u00f2s a la valenciana\u201d en el Museu Comarcal de L&#8217;Horta Sud, on romandr\u00e0 oberta al p\u00fablic fins
