Aquestes actuacions es van concretar en 50 paralitzacions de desnonaments, 102 tramitacions de lloguer social amb bancs i propietaris, 70 assessoraments jur\u00eddics i 182 casos de cerca de lloguer social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el cas de l&#8217;assessorament jur\u00eddic, de les 275 tramitacions, al voltant d&#8217;un ter\u00e7 eren consultes relatives al lloguer d&#8217;habitatge; el 56% eren consultes relatives a la comunitat de propietaris i el 10% restant eren altres consultes a compra-venda, fiscalitat i altres assumptes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D&#8217;altra banda, s&#8217;han exercit 2.106 tr\u00e0mit de mediaci\u00f3 amb diferents problemes amb l&#8217;habitatge com amb els pr\u00e9stecs hipotecaris, cl\u00e0usules sol, impagaments de lloguer, entre altres.
