{"id":10674,"date":"2018-10-16T11:18:29","date_gmt":"2018-10-16T11:18:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infotorrent.es\/uncategorized\/la-gastronomia-a-torrent\/"},"modified":"2023-10-03T09:55:06","modified_gmt":"2023-10-03T09:55:06","slug":"la-gastronomia-a-torrent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infotorrent.es\/ca\/noticies\/la-gastronomia-a-torrent\/","title":{"rendered":"La gastronomia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Torrent t\u00e9 una gastronomia t\u00edpica amb productes molt diversos.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>El xocolate torrent\u00ed <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Torrent ha sigut una de les localitats amb m\u00e9s ind\u00fastria xocolatera des del 1892 fins al segle passat, amb diverses f\u00e0briques com ara \u201cChocolates La Cebra\u201d, que va arribar a tindre renom nacional. En l&#8217;actualitat, nom\u00e9s es conserven quatre empreses xocolateres a Torrent: \u201cChocolates Algarra\u201d, \u201cPascual Andreu\u201d, \u201cRafael Andreu\u201d i \u201cChocolates Marsilla\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em><br \/>\n<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-22923 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/infotorrent.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/https:\/\/infotorrent.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/https:\/\/infotorrent.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/https:\/\/www.infotorrent.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Xocolate-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"501\" height=\"334\" \/><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les crestes<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les Crestes de la Pla\u00e7a s\u00f3n un dol\u00e7 t\u00edpic torrent\u00ed. Es va elaborar per primera vegada en la Pastisseria i Confiteria Sant Josep (1927), situada en la Pla\u00e7a Major i considerada una de les pastisseries m\u00e9s antigues del municipi. Regentada en els seus inicis per Julio Rubio, posteriorment va passar a dir-se Pastisseria Isidro P\u00e9rez (1960), regentada per ell mateix i la seua germana. Despr\u00e9s la Pastisseria La Pla\u00e7a (2011) va passar a ser regentada per M\u00aa de la Mar Garc\u00eda-Carpintero Salas, que a l&#8217;agost de 2018 va abandonar el seu local original per motius de conservaci\u00f3 d&#8217;edifici. En l&#8217;actualitat, es venen en Pastisseria la Pla\u00e7a-Tartamalia (situada en Carrer Frare Llu\u00eds Amigo, 37 \u2013Baix) i aquesta mateixa les distribueix en diferents fleques, pastisseries i cafeteries del municipi. El seu origen es deu a un error i la recepta nom\u00e9s la conserva Isidro P\u00e9rez i actualment la propiet\u00e0ria de la pastisseria. Est\u00e0 elaborada amb massa de fines i cruixents capes de pasta fullada, i farcida de crema artesana, que fa que endolcisca eixos moments tant familiars com amb amics, i el seu cremositat per a endolcir un moment especial i amb decoraci\u00f3 de ralladura de coco<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>El rossejat de Torrent<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Com s\u2019ha esmentat abans, aquest \u00e9s el plat t\u00edpic per excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia de Torrent.
