L\u2019adquisici\u00f3, que inclou l\u2019habitatge del pis superior, permetr\u00e0 portar a terme les reformes i treballs de rehabilitaci\u00f3 que es consideren oportuns.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La compra del trinquet, inclosa en la llista d\u2019inversions financerament sostenibles gr\u00e0cies al super\u00e0vit de l\u2019exercici anterior, facilitar\u00e0 la posada en marxa d\u2019un programa d\u2019inversions i rehabilitaci\u00f3 de les instal\u00b7lacions, aix\u00ed com accedir a possibles subvencions per a esta finalitat. L\u2019habitatge del pis superior, una vegada estiga disponible i sense l\u2019inquil\u00ed actual, podr\u00e0 ser utilitzada com a seu del Club de Pilota, del qual formen part prop d\u2019un centenar de jugadors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019alcalde, Jes\u00fas Ros, ha assegurat que l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 d\u2019esta instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 esportiva \u201c\u00e9s una bona not\u00edcia, ja que aix\u00ed fem valdre els nostres esports i posem a la disposici\u00f3 dels torrentins i torrentines un nou espai esportiu\u201d.
